Preventive program aimed at children and teenagers in Medellin who are between 8 and 18 years old. They are under psychosocial risk due to a low sense of life, almost no motivation, limited opportunities for personal growth, children of single parents heads of household living under precarious socio-economic situations. We strive to motivate them to plan their life project and reduce the risks that limit their personal development.


Challenge

Children and adolescents of Medellin, exposed to risks such as de-schooling, sexual abuse, exploitation, experimental consumption of psychoactive substances, getting involve in criminal activities, among others; due to the lack of meaning in their lives and a life project, and the absence of a caring adult.

Long-Term Impact

Contribute to the transformation of children and teenagers, and their families, promoting empowerment, skills for self-management, the strengthening of personal and social skills, to mitigate existing risks and prevent them from withdrawing from the school system, involving in criminal activities or some kind of addiction.
